    Eric attended the Culinary Institute of America and his past experience includes Pier W, Gamekeeper’s Lodge, Lopez and Moxie. Most recently, Eric has spent the last five years as the Executive Chef of Lorain County Community College. There he established the college’s award winning food service program and the college’s Culinary Arts Program and was happy to see its first graduate class in 2014. Chef Petrus awards include Pulse Magazine’s Best Chef in Lorain County 2010 -2014 and a bronze medal from the American Culinary Federation in Tri-Mark S.S. Kemp’s Great American Cook Off 2009. Eric’s recipes have been featured in Pulse Magazine, Idaho Potato Commission’s newsletter Food Network’s “Best Thing I Ever Ate”.
